• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During new drops or high-demand launches, dispatch timelines may extend slightly.
2. Shipping Timeline
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-metro cities: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner and serviceability.
3. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on prepaid orders
• Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional handling fee of 200/-
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
• A confirmation email/SMS
• Tracking ID with courier details
You can track your order directly using the provided tracking link.
5. Address & Delivery Issues
• Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing the order.
• yunorra is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
• In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier will contact you directly.
6. Lost / Damaged Shipments
• If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video.
• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proof.
• We will investigate and resolve the issue accordingly.
